Dear Moderator,

This is my music magazine that I have been working on until September, over time I have developed my Photoshop skills and overall skills using the Mac. This blog has been a base for me to place all of my progress from the very beginning of my reasearch and planning to finally finishing my full music magazine.

Overall I have represented young people of both genders male and female as fiesty, independent and reckless, they don't care what people think about them and really want to make a statement, they show this with clothing, body language and the way they present themselves.

 This is my front cover, I need to add promotional offers inside and a tag line.

Research + Planning: Magazine Comparison

The first thing I took inspiration from was the big band name at the bottom like Kerrang! has 'Bring Me the Horizon' I have Simon and The Catholics. I also took inspiration from the little tabs coming off the side of the page for me to put my cover lines in. However after comparing my magazine in detail to this Kerrang! magazine I realise that my front cover looks abit too neat and I should probably add more coverlines or promotions to it.
